Oversees the outlet dam’s condition, debris management, screen maintenance, and the emergency action plan (EAP). Coordinates periodic professional inspections and small volunteer workdays (e.g., vegetation clearing).

Tracks clarity (Secchi readings), coordinates sampling with the state and partners, and promotes shoreline buffers and lake-friendly practices (slow-no-wake near shore, minimize runoff).
