Official updates and documents from the President.

Welcome to members portal

Dear friends and neighbors of Howard Pond, I am pleased to present the official Howard Pond website, designed as an interactive platform for members in good standing with the Howard Preservation Association who have maintained compliance with their dues. The website offers general information accessible to the wider community, as well as member-specific resources for those affiliated with the Howard Preservation Association (HPPA). If you have not received this notification due to an outdated email address, please contact me with your updated information so that we may ensure effective communication. Members will gain access to exclusive areas of the website upon completion of their dues, using a password provided for members-only content. To request membership access, click on members log in on home page and create an account. The primary purpose of this website is to facilitate communication and education among our membership. Committee pages are designated for posts and educational materials, including updates on committee activities and advanced postings of critical agenda items before annual meetings, ensuring well-informed discussions on topics relevant to the organization. This approach aims to minimize hearsay and non-factual statements by supporting discussions with referenced scientific articles when appropriate. Safety information concerning boating, swimming, and other important matters will also be posted to help educate our members. Should you encounter a scientific article worthy of sharing, please submit it to the president for review; upon validation, it will be added to the membership resources. My objective is to foster an environment of meaningful dialogue and information exchange based on verifiable facts and scientific evidence. I look forward to the active collaboration of our membership to ensure that this website remains a dynamic resource for the health of Howard Pond and the shared enjoyment of all members of the Howard Pond Preservation Association. Sincerely, David L. Ciraulo President, Howard Pond Preservation Association Cutter3513@gmail.com
